Help Needed for Japanese Translation

In 2004 the Japanese Television Station NHK did a 50 Minute News
documentary on the outsourcing of jobs. A significant portion of that
report was done in the Silicon Valley Bay area.

Unfortunately the film is in Japanese and without a translation. I
think this video would be very interesting to put online with English
subtitles so that we can see how the Japanese view the outsourcing
phenomenon.

I have provided a short excerpt from the video as an example of the
broadcast. If you or somebody you know is willing to help to translate
all 50 minutes please contact me. I cannot pay for a translation as I'm
doing this as a public service.
